October marks the 13th anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325, the UN’s landmark commitment to women in conflict situations. Resolution 1325 makes clear that peace and equality between men and women are inextricably linked.
To celebrate, and continue building peace with women, Peace is Loud is providing the materials to screen the award-winning documentary series Women, War and Peace for free during the month of October!
Each screening kit includes DVDs of all five films, plus a discussion and resource guide. Best of all, each screening kit includes four language options: Arabic, English, French, and Spanish.
