Joy’s background is in psychology and social work. Joy graduated with a degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Towson State University and an MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She currently holds a clinical social work license in Georgia. During the span of her 18-year career, Joy has worked within the public and private sectors in the United States and in Europe. She has a proven track record internationally in the areas of clinical practice, program development and management, across the continuum of care from child welfare services to adult mental health services. Joy currently works to develop and promote technology based solutions to health and social issues.
